Procurement Assistant

Job Description

As Procurement Assistant, you manage the master data and control all procurement processes and databases. You also think about optimisations and automations of these processes. In addition, you support the sourcing of new and alternative raw materials. Among other things, you manage all found information in a database and you store all documentation and add to it where necessary. Furthermore, you support the operational purchasing process. You enter invoices and classify them by dispatch note. You maintain the supplier information in Synchro Global (ERP package).

You report to the Procurement Manager.
