Customer Service Representative - French-Speaking Market

As a Customer Service Representative DTC, you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for realising a perfect order flow, from intake of the orders up to and including invoicing the customers;
  • You follow up the entire process from a-z;
  • You register and handle incoming complaints. You formulate preventive proposals in order to avoid these complaints in the future;
  • You provide support in processing marketing campaigns (samples, free products, etc.);
  • You will be part of the DTC team and report directly to the Teamleader Customer Service Bionutrics.



  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
  • You are perfectly bilingual - Dutch & French, knowledge of other languages such as German or Italian are a plus;
  • You are customer oriented;
  • You are communicative;
  • You are good with numbers;
  • You are conscientious;
  • You can set priorities and are eager to learn;
  • You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and you are a team player;
  • You have an interest in micronutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
